
Prof. Dr.-Ing. Sabine Radomski
Prof. Dr.-Ing. Sabine Radomski, is married and mother of two daughters, is a professor for Software Engineering at University of Applied Science “Hochschule für Telekommunikation Leipzig”.
She studied from 1984 – 1988 Computer Science at Dresden University of Technology. After that she worked at the Institute of Software Technology II, Dresden University of Technology. She holds a PhD in Computer Science from the Dresden University of Technology since 1995. From 1992 to 1993 she worked at the Institute of Software Technology II, Dresden University of Technology. From 1994 to 1999 she worked as a systems administrator for several companies, including the Dresden Regional Council operates. In 1999 she was a research associate at the Institute of Construction Informatics Technical University of Dresden. Since 2000 she is a professor in the Department of Telecommunications of the University of Leipzig telecommunications. She is the Vice-Head of Institute for Telecommunications Information Technology at University of Applied Science “Hochschule für Telekommunikation Leipzig”. She is an expert in BITKOM working group “cloud computing and outsourcing” (CCO) and quality management and was awarded as MINT Ambassador, 2012 and “Professor des Jahres 2015”.
Her major research interests are software engineering and software quality. Cloud Computing and the new challenge in actual topics for distributed systems and software engineering.
