Sebastian Busse

Sebastian is a senior manager in the Talent & Organization practice for Accenture’s Communication, Media and Technology Industry in Germany, Austria Switzerland and Russia. He studied Computer Science and Business Administration in Hamburg, Germany – majoring in HR Management, Organizational Psychology and IT Security. In addition Sebastian completed a master program in European Human Resource Management with the Helmut- Schmidt-Universität Hamburg, ESADE Barcelona, EM Lyon and Vlerick School in Ghent.

At Accenture, the last couple of years Sebastian led and guided several teams with in total up to 35 consultants and communication expert focusing on innovation, agile working, learning, change management and HR. Sebastian is active as a lecture at several academic institutions.

He brings creativity and fun into the game, being versatile with various types of people and groups able to infuse a positive and forward looking thinking. Sebastian helps employees and leaders to be present, reflect and challenge their status quo and orthodoxies.

Lighting that little spark for the next big idea, inspiring colleagues to go new ways they have not gone before, creating that excitement is his mantra in a disruptive and challenging world. He does this by providing strong shoulder to cry on in tough times and encouraging out-of-the-box thinking, yet at the same time providing tangible guardrails to hold on and by taking chances and doing things instead of just talking about it.
