Maria Trögel

Before Maria became co-founder and consultant of the organization consultancy trinfactory, she was already involved as a co-founder and in leading positions at a social services company in Berlin.

Founder with new solutions for social and personal challenges Maria supports passionately. For example, she accompanied the association Leben nach Krebs! in the Startsocial program until the award by the Federal Chancellor.

She sees herself as an initiator and consultant on topics such as society, future and strategy, such as leadership, digitalization and agility, as well as sustainability, resilience and mindfulness.

At the center of her consultations are currently social enterprises, foundations, associations and administrations.
Maria studied educational science, sociology, psychology and completed further training u.a. in change management, business coaching, group dynamics, constellation work, cultural and social management.

The focus on development and the future runs as a common thread through Maria’s previous activities. Today she offers a format for creating a world in the day after tomorrow in order to secure the future of tomorrow.
