Lena Johanna Schmitt

Lena is a business coach and consultant for startups as well as corporates. She worked for Berlin-based startup DaWanda for 7 years – building up the video marketing team and after as the lead in People & Innovations. Now she is with RCKT, focusing on Digital Culture and Innovation. Lena also works as a lecturer at her family’s business Schmitt und Partner which she joined in 2008. Her focus is coaching on the issues of personal development, key skills, leadership and communication. As Co-Founder of Venture Ladies she connects women to network better and empower each other – the growing community of 1500+ show that it works.
