Hila Azadzoy

Hila Azadzoy is an experienced social entrepreneur, dedicated to use the power of technology for social good. In 2018, Hila joined Ada Health to lead Ada’s Global Health Initiative, using Artificial Intelligence to increase healthcare access for vulnerable populations in resource-limited settings, and specifically for women and children. Prior to joining Ada, Hila became a Founding Member of Kiron Open Higher Education, an award-winning social startup working to remove the barriers to higher education for refugees worldwide through smart digital solutions. As the Head of Academics, Hila shaped the continuous development of Kiron’s academic program, determined strategic partnerships, and oversaw significant organization building. To date, Kiron has 4,000 students and operations throughout Germany, Jordan, and Lebanon. Hila is a recipient of the Digital Female Leader Award, an MIT Solver and a frequent public speaker (TEDx, Clinton Global Initiative, UNESCO NGO Forum, UBS Social Innovator).
