Daniel Barke is the co-founder and managing director of WorkGenius, a company which organises students and freelancers by competence and matches them with businesses looking for a digital workforce. Active in the European and US markets, the custom-developed WorkGenius AI aggregates 5000 data points per person while sparing information on gender, birth, ethnic background or religion. With co-founder Marlon Litz-Rosenzweig, Daniel Barke makes defining contributions to the discourse about the future of work, both as a speaker and as the host of his own panel discussions.
