Cathrine Karlson is Head of EU in No Isolation, a Norwegian company that builds tailored communication tools designed to put an end to involuntary loneliness and social isolation. AV1 is a telepresence robot that lets children with long-term illness be part of school and everyday life. Karlson has an international background with political economy studies from Europe, Latin-America and West Africa. She is passionate about social justice, and ensuring that vulnerable groups can enjoy the advantages of technology today.

Due to its nature, tech can be tailored to suit them too, and its adaptability is what makes it such a fantastic tool.
