Tech before training: how to improve diversity in organisations

– It’s hard to train the brain out of unconscious bias, so we’ve turned to technology to help us solve the problem of discrimination in hiring.

– Applied pulls together the best behavioural research to help organisations hire the best person for the job, irrespective of their background.
– This talk will present some findings from our experiments to test whether the platform achieves this aim.

To talk about #WomenInTech is important, because history tells us that rebalancing the gender gap will be good for business and society
