Prof. Sissi Closs

Sissi Closs, Professor of Information and Media Technology at Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences (Germany) since 1997, is also CEO of C-Topic Consulting GmbH, Chair of the Board of Fischer Computertechnik FCT and one of the leading experts on technical communication. She developed a class concept technology that has been used successfully to structure information of varying complexity and is now seen as the best available basis for today’s growing and ever more diverse array of media. Her innovative research and management have been honored with a number of awards, most recently the Technical University of Munich’s “Entrepreneur of Excellence” award.
